Refunds & Cancellations
General Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided strictly at the discretion of GRITT Outdoors. We will always aim to accommodate reasonable requests where possible; however, we reserve the right to refuse refunds where costs have already been incurred.
Tours, Trips & Experiences
For all tours, trips, and experience-based products (including but not limited to multi-day travel events such as Morocco tours), refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed.
This is due to significant upfront and non-recoverable costs incurred at the time of booking, including but not limited to:
- Return ferries
- Vehicle insurance
- Visa processing
- Pre-booked campsites
- Pre-arranged group activities
- Branded clothing and merchandise
- Operational and logistical planning costs
These costs are committed in advance and are non-refundable to GRITT Outdoors; therefore, they cannot be refunded to customers.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, GRITT Outdoors may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- A partial refund
- A credit note
- A transfer to another event or booking
This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where applicable, refunds will be issued in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodations, or included services where necessary due to operational, safety, or external factors beyond our control.
Where significant changes are required, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance.
